FISHING - SALTWATER

Mavungana staff and guides have fished the salt extensively throughout Africa, including Mozambique, the Seychelles and Indian Ocean Islands, and further afield into Cuba, USA and Norway. We work closely with other operators on their Saltwater destinations and will regularly host prime weeks to only extremely well run operations. Mavungana are in addition agents for the Nervous Waters portfolio of destinations, giving us access to their reputable lodges in the Bahamas.

Mavungana is also proud to have exclusive access to Catalina Lodge, Mozambique, on the East coast of Africa. Luxury accommodations, white sandy beaches and a great entry level saltwater flyfishing experience, means we have a range of saltwater destinations, from cocktail sipping decks and marvelous bonefish in the Bahamas through to exhilarating outer island clashes with monster Giant Trevally.
