Learn the intricacies of entomology and reading the water,
stepping up to advanced tactics and increasing your catch
rate exponentially. Spend a weekend on a first class private
fishery brimming with beautifully conditioned trophy fish.
These clinic weekends will cover everything from perfecting
your casting, line and fly selection, rigging leaders and
teams of flies. You will fish under the close supervision
of hugely knowledgeable guides in small, intimate groups.
In the evenings, the guides will prepare sumptuous meals,
in excellent farmhouse style accommodation. For those not
exhausted by a day in the sun catching magnificent fish, entomology
discussions, fly tying and slide shows will be enjoyed while
sipping a glass of the good stuff.
Itinerary:
- Arrive Friday afternoon/evening. Should your arrival
time allow it, you will fish the evening rise and get warmed
up for the weekend. Otherwise simply enjoy a leisurely meal
and discussions on the weekend's plans and clinic talks.
- Saturday morning, rise at dawn, excellent filter coffee
and rusks and straight onto the water. Fish hard until mid
morning, and enjoy a massive full English brunch. Tackle
talks and try outs and preparation for the afternoon session.
Fish the evening rise and more than likely photograph your
personal best trophy trout.
- Sundowners back at the vehicles, overlooking your very
own private property for the weekend, an excellent evening
meal along with further talks and slides.
- Sunday morning, up at sunrise, coffee and rusks, and a
morning's fishing putting your newfound knowledge and skills
to good use. Leisurely brunch and depart at your convenience
