The Dullstroom Macnab:
Named after a legendary Scottish poacher turned ghillie. In honour
of the ancient tradition of stalking a stag, shooting a grouse and landing
a salmon all between sunrise and sunset. You will stalk and have the opportunity
to shoot a blesbok ( medium sized indigenous antelope), shoot a walked
up Guinea fowl, Francolin or Yellow billed Duck ( indigenous game birds
) and land a rainbow trout. This takes place on the picturesque O'Grady
Estate of more than 1000ha rolling grassland with 11 man made lakes and
several kilometres of wild stream fishing, on the Tonteldoos road outside
of Dullstroom.
Price: R3495
Including accompaniment by the land owner, use of all firearms & ammunition,
transport on the farm and a wonderful picnic lunch and refreshments (
soft drinks and mineral waters ). Please note: like fishing you will be
given the opportunity to fulfil the Macnab, however if you miss, you miss!

Picturesque stone cottage on the edge of a stream. Sleeps 10 people.
