sili-cone
RUPERT HARVEY SILI CONE

Years of experimentation with silicone flies have led to one simple, reliable breakthrough: the Sili “Cone” a purpose‑built shaping platform designed to create perfectly profiled silicone baitfish with minimal weight and maximum strength.

Traditional methods evolved from wool heads coated in silicone, to synthetic brush cores, to hollow shaping inserts and dissolving heads. Each step brought improvements, but also its own frustrations: water retention, splitting, slow curing, or inconsistent shapes.

The Sili “Cone” is the refined answer. Engineered to hold the fly’s silhouette while reinforcing the silicone, it delivers a consistent, clean profile every time without the bulk, fuss, or risk of collapse. Light, durable, and incredibly easy to work with, it allows tiers to produce premium silicone flies with repeatable precision.

A smarter platform. A stronger finish.
